Guinness Peat Group plc ("GPG") announces that earlier today, Kuvondo Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of GPG, entered into a conditional agreement ("Agreement") with RSA Overseas Holdings B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group plc ("RSA") for the sale of 25.1 million of the shares Kuvondo currently holds in Tyndall Australia Limited ("Tyndall") at a price of A$2.80 per share (£1.09).
