Company Statement on Bribery and Corruption

The Company prohibits bribery and corruption in any form whether direct or indirect. The Company has committed to implementing a programme to counter bribery and corruption. These principles are based on a board commitment to fundamental values of integrity, transparency and accountability. The Company aims to create and maintain a trust-based and inclusive internal culture in which bribery and corruption is not tolerated.

The Company will cease to trade with any third parties it has reasonable grounds to suspect are involved in bribery or corruption. It will not hesitate to take legal and/or disciplinary action against employees and third parties who do act in breach of the Company’s anti-bribery and anti-corruption programmes.
