Capital Notes Complaint Procedure
The following summarises the complaints procedure (the “Procedure”) which holders of the Company’s Capital Notes (“Noteholders”) should follow if they wish to make a complaint relating to the Capital Notes issued by the Company.

In the first instance any queries relating to Capital Notes should be referred to the Registrar; Computershare Investor Services Ltd. Their address is Private Bag 92119, Auckland 1142 and their telephone number is 09 488 8777.

If the query is not resolved and the Noteholder wishes to make a formal complaint, he or she should submit their complaint to the Company Secretary of the Company at the address specified above. More information on the Procedure and a form for Noteholder’s use is available from the Registrar, or from the Company. Notices of receipt will advise complainants that, if the complaint is not resolved through the Procedure, the complainant may then make a complaint, free of charge, to Financial Dispute Resolution who are a government-sponsored organisation engaged by the Company to attempt to resolve such complaints.
